Paul Keefer is Building Opportunity & Driving Academic Growth

As a California native I am grateful for the incredible opportunities that I have earned including attending the University of California at Davis, developing leadership, operational, and management skills at United Parcel Service, and supporting and leading public schools serving over 4,000 students in 14 counties in Northern California for over 25 years. In the community I treasure my membership with the Rotary Club of Sacramento and our work supporting the Sacramento Children’s Home Crisis Nursery, The Ralph Richardson Center, Carmichael HART, Volunteers of America, UCP of Sacramento and NorCal, FairyTale Town, and the Sacramento Receiving Home as well as many others.

As a board member for the Sacramento County Office of Education, I have been on the front lines increasing student achievement, safety, and connectedness with incredible success working with top notch partners across the County.

I am proud of my three children who attended San Juan Unified schools and launched to college and industry as well as my incredible wife Betsy, who continues to connect with our community supporting friends and neighbors. Sacramento is an incredible place in California, and I enjoy bike riding, hiking, fishing, and taking long walks down the narrow fairways golfing in this great place.
